But in time, they were gradually forgotten.Today, however, these forgotten vegetables are experiencing a true revival and entering renowned kitchens around the world. In autumn many of these traditional vegetables are in season. With their strange-sounding names, they often do not look like much either – but are bursting with nutrients and vitamins. Now, Mövenpick Hotels has created innovative new recipes created for Jerusalem artichokes, turnips, parsley root, muscat squash, quince and many more, cleverly combined with other delicious ingredients from Oct. 19 to Nov. 11 in coordination with other Mövenpick Hotels throughout Europe.
