Krampf Gallery hosts a talent
The Krampf Gallery opens its second exhibition today at Tophane Istanbul with the work of Yassine Mekhnache, a French artist of Algerian origins. The exhibition, “Coasts to coasts,” is part of a series by the artist to form a cultural bridge between Istanbul (via the Krampf Gallery), Cologne (the Biensenbach Gallery) and New York (the Catherine Anhell Gallery). Mekhnache, who also goes by the moniker “Yaze,” is a self-taught painter who embraces Mediterranean culture with its stark contrasts, reflecting his impassioned style on canvas. The exhibition will be on display until March 2. Address Kemeraltı Cad. No:41, Tophane, Beyoğlu.
