Workshop participants ready to make short films

Those who attended the Halkın Portakalı (Public Orange) Short Film Workshop, organized as part of this year’s 49th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, have received their certificates at a ceremony held at the city’s Atatürk Culture Center.

Antalya Mayor Mustafa Akaydın said the Public Orange project had been initiated to bring together the public with artists in an amateur event.

“We have had a great time with the participants. Now, with the participants, we will move to the Akdeniz University Faculty of Communications, which has collaborated with us in the workshops. New films will be shot there and they will then be mounted,” Akaydın said.
