Wishbone Ash takes the stage at Jolly Joker
Rock legends Wishbone Ash are coming to Turkey for two gigs. The Jolly Joker and Easternbull Entertainment co-produced gigs will take place at Jolly Joker Istanbul on May 9. Wishbone Ash, often credited for being one of the first bands to use twin guitars, was established in 1969. They became widely popular with the albums Wishbone Ash (1970), Argus (1972), There’s the Rum (1974) and New England (1976), releasing a total of 23 studio albums. Described by Steve Harris as being one of Iron Maiden’s “main influences,” Wishbone Ash is still regarded as one of the world’s best live rock performers.
