Von Oswald and Molvaer perform in Babylon

Two important representatives of two different cultures, Moritz Von Oswald and Nils Petter Molvaer are coming together at Babylon on Dec. 11, 2013, for a special project.

Two masters... Here, a significant name of trumpet; Norvegian Nils Petter Molvaer and on the other hand from Germany Moritz Von Oswald who combines jazz and electronic music. Nils Petter Molvaer is considered to be a musician who shapes jazz music in a different perspective while gathering jazz and electronic music. Moritz von Oswald is considered as an innovative and impressive musician for techno music.

Beginning of the 80’s Oswald started to work as a percussionist then he decided to change his way through electronic music. Lastly Oswald came together with Loderbauer and Sasu Ripatti and nowadays he prefers to use improvisations and electronic music together in his performances.
