The regulator in Ankara got $196.5 million of the cash, or 72.5 percent of the total, while Nokia and Motorola got the remaining 27.5 percent, it said. Turkey is claiming money from the Uzan’s after it seized their banks. Motorola and Nokia are seeking cash from the Uzan’s after a contractural dispute with Telsim, a mobile phone unit previously owned by the family.
