US singer, actress to take Istanbul stage

U.S. singer and actress Demi Lovato will perform at Istanbul’s Ülker Sports Arena on Nov. 16. Lovato was honored at this year’s People’s Choice Awards with the “Favorite Female Artist” and “Favorite Fan Following” awards.

Lovato’s fourth album “Demi” has become her most ground-breaking album to date on the international stage and her book, “Staying Strong: 365 Days A Year,” became a New York Times best-seller. She returned to television as a judge and mentor on “The X-Factor” and starred in Fox’s hit series “Glee.”
 
Her first single “Heart Attack” achieved Gold status in the U.S. and Canada within just four weeks of its release and achieved Platinum status after 10 weeks.

Over the past few years, Lovato’s fans have become increasingly supportive. “Lovatics,” as they call themselves, have proved to be dedicated followers of the singer on all social media platforms.
