UBS cancels mistaken order of $30.9 billion

UBS said in a statement that an intended 30 million yen transaction was mistakenly recorded as 3 trillion yen because of an internal system error. "The erroneous trade was due to our own order system," UBS said in a statement. "We deeply regret causing a big problem for market participants."
