Two soldiers killed in PKK operation in Turkey’s southeast

Two soldiers were killed on Jan. 6 during an operation against outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) militants in the southeastern province of Şırnak, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.Four other soldiers were also wounded during the operation conducted against the militants at the Gabar mountain, the agency said.
The wounded soldiers were taken to a hospital in the southeastern province of Siirt while the operation to apprehend the militants is still underway.
