Two Russians captured on Turkey’s border with Syria

The Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) has announced that two men of Russian nationality have been captured by the security forces after crossing the border into the southern province of Hatay.The two men were carrying one gun, seven mobile phones, and two bags in their hands, according to the TSK announcement.
“The two men surrendered to the [security forces]. They are of Russian nationality, had one Glock gun, seven different mobile phones, three micro memory cards, and one flash disk. The two men were detained by the Altınözü District Gendarmerie forces, after instructions from the Altınözü Public Prosecutor,” the TSK’s statement added.
