Turkish warplanes hit PKK targets in northern Iraq

Turkish warplanes conducted an air operation against outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) targets in northern Iraq on June 8.According to security sources, Turkish warplanes conducted an air operation in the Sinath and Haftanin regions in northern Iraq between 10:05 p.m. and 10:28 p.m. on June 8.
Six PKK targets, including sanctuaries and shelters, housing the militants were destroyed in the operation.
