Turkish police detained around 30 ISIL militants in a dawn raid on Oct. 27, a day after a major operation on an ISIL cell in the southeastern province of Diyarbakır.Police launched simultaneous operations against ISIL cell houses in the Çumra district of conservative central Anatolian city of Konya at dawn on Oct. 26, Doğan News Agency has reported. Reports indicate the operations are ongoing.
Turkish police launched simultaneous operations against 17 houses suspected of harboring ISIL militants on Oct. 26. 7 militants and two police officers were killed while 12 militants of the jihadist organization were detained.
