Turkish jets hit PKK positions in northern Iraq

The Turkish Army said on Nov. 4 it continued its aerial attacks against outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) positions in northern Iraq and inside Turkey and destroyed 16 targets.A written statement posted on the website of the Chief of General Staff said the military operation was conducted on Nov. 3 and targeted 16 different positions of the PKK in Hakkari’s Dağlıca village and in northern Iraq.
It also informed that four militants were neutralized in operations conducted in Hakkari’s Yüksekova district.
