Galatasaray will meet Mersin İdmanyurdu in the former’s Turk Telekom Arena in Istanbul on Dec. 19, while Beşiktaş will host Akhisar Belediyespor on Dec. 20 to defend its top seat in the Spor Toto Super League.Galatasaray, which enjoyed a 5-0 win over Torku Konyaspor last week and scored nine goals against Balçova Yaşamspor in the Dec. 16 Ziraat Turkey Cup game in İzmir, aims for three points to continue its bid for league glory.
The match will kick off at 19:00 local time.
Beşiktaş’s Akhisar challenge at Istanbul’s Fatih Terim Stadium will begin at 19:00.
Trabzonspor will play away to Bursaspor on Dec. 21. The game at the latter’s Bursa Ataturk Stadium will start at 16:00.
Sivasspor, under coach Roberto Carlos, will clash with Istanbul Başakşehir at 13:30 on Dec. 20, while the Gençlerbilriği - Torku Konyaspor game starts at the same time. Eskişehirspor versus Kardemir Karabükspor is the remaining game on Dec. 20.
The league’s bottom-dwelling Balikesirspor will look for a boost in its home match against Kasımpaşa at 13:30 on Dec. 21.
Çaykur Rizespor, which beat Beşiktaş away on Dec. 18 in a cup clash, will play Gaziantepspor at 19:00 on Dec. 22, in the final match of the round.
