Turkey's Davutoğlu phones Pakistani counterpart over NATO raid

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu phoned his Pakistani counterpart Hina Rabbani Khar regarding a Nov. 26 NATO air strike.
A statement by the Turkish foreign ministry said that Davutoğlu spoke with Khar on the phone Nov. 26 and expressed Turkey's sorrow over the death of 24 Pakistani troops in an air raid by NATO earlier the same day.
Offering his condolences to Khar, Davutoğlu said that he hoped an investigation into the attack launched by International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) would be concluded soon.
NATO and U.S. officials expressed regret about the deaths of the Pakistani soldiers, but the exact circumstances of the attack were unclear.
