Turkey’s Banvit Bandirma defeats Paris Levallois for Eurocup semi berth

Turkey’s Banvit Bandırma defeated Paris Levallois 75-71 in the quarterfinals of the Eurocup Basketball knock-out stage on March 24, punching the club’s ticket to the semi-final.

Paris Levallois had won the first game of the two-game series 65-67 in France last week, but Banvit Bandırma was able to advance on aggregate.

This victory earned the Turkish team a spot in the Eurocup semifinals for the first time in the club’s history.

Eurocup Basketball, also known as the ULEB Eurocup, is the second-tier basketball league in Europe, one level below the Euroleague.
