Turkey trade important for Madrid

Turkey would continue to be an important trade partner of Spain, according to the chairman of State’s Financial Agency of the Mediterranean country.

Roman Escolano said that Turkey was a country of priority for Spain with its strategic, key and active location, economic growth and stability. “Turkey is a country of reforms, and has a political and economic stability thanks to these reforms,” Escolano said during a ceremony in Madrid in which Turkish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce was promoted.

Also speaking in the ceremony, Turkish Ambassadress to Spain Ayşe Sinirlioğlu said the chamber of commerce would boost trade and increase investments between the two countries.
