Tech Mahindra wins bid for Satyam

The mid-level outsourcing firm put in the highest offer in sealed bids that were opened yesterday by Satyam's government-appointed board, a Satyam spokeswoman said. Tech Mahindra will pay $352 million for a 31 percent stake.
