Suspects released in BDP office attack case

Two suspects detained for allegedly throwing Molotov cocktails at a provincial office of the pro-Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) were released today, Anatolia news agency reported.

Nineteen suspects are still on trial for "founding, leading and participating in an organization to commit criminal acts” over the July 15 incident, which occurred in Ankara.

The two were the only ones of the 19 who had been detained ahead of the trial.

The hearings are set to continue.
