A culinary world-traveler with 22 years of experience delighting diners, the Italian Executive Chef of Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul, Giovanni Terracciano has created a contemporary Mediterranean-style menu that puts fresh, seasonal ingredients front and centre, letting their succulent natural flavors shine through.
