A Belgian pimp under investigation along with Dominique Strauss-Kahn for allegedly procuring prostitutes for sex parties insisted Jan.25 that the disgraced former IMF boss was innocent.“I think that with his work at the IMF, he had other things to do than organize orgies,” Dominique Alderweireld, a convicted pimp widely known as “Dodo la Saumure” (Dodo the brine), told Canal Plus television.

Strauss-Kahn has admitted attending sex parties in France and the U.s. His legal team failed in a December bid to have the pimping charges dismissed in the only outstanding case against their client. He last month agreed a financial settlement with a New York hotel maid whose 2011 allegation of sexual assault forced him to resign from his IMF job.
