Second body found in deadly Canada mall collapse

The body of a second victim has been unearthed from the rubble of a collapsed Ontario shopping mall, authorities said Wednesday, adding that up to a dozen people might still be trapped.
 
"Technicians recovered one person from the debris and have now brought the remains of that person to a site just off the debris site where the coroner is attending to the remains," said Dan Hefky, Ontario Commissioner of Community Safety.
 
Twenty-two people were injured when the rooftop car-park of the building collapsed on Saturday.
 
Rescuers sent heavy machinery to the collapsed mall on Tuesday in hopes of digging out a possible survivor after the shopping center cave-in. Workers discovered the first body within hours of Saturday's disaster at the Algo Centre in the town of Elliot Lake.
 
Authorities said they still do not know what caused the collapse of the 1980s-vintage building, which housed a grocery store, restaurants and other shops.
