Ritz to host pasta workshops
Acquire noodle knowledge and sauce skills with Chef Umberto Cavina at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul’s upcoming pasta workshops. Appropriately titled “Basta Bad Pasta” (Enough Bad Pasta), he will run three master classes on Jan. 21, 22 and 23, focusing on the creation and preparation of ravioli, tagliatelli and cappeletti, using a range of sauces.
