Ceylan InterContinental Istanbul’s Safran Restaurant continues to play host to valued guests, and along with its new interior and renewed menu of select dishes from Ottoman and Turkish cuisine, which includes such delicious choices as braised lamb soup, palace ravioli, wrapped kebab, reştiye, lamb casserole with mastic, and shoulder of beef with vegetables; a real banquet.
Safran Restaurant offers a new interpretation of many traditional specialties of Turkish and Ottoman cuisine, and includes popular dishes that appeal to both the eye and the palate. Safran Restaurant is open seven days a week from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Ceylan InterContinental Istanbul’s N floor, and features live “Fasil” music.
