Ramadan feast with live fasıl music

Until June 14, Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul offers an iftar buffet featuring an extensive selection of authentic flavors from Turkish and Ottoman cuisine. The buffet is accompanied by live “fasıl” music.

Prepared by Executive Chef Giovanni Terracciano and his team, the iftar buffet featuring different specialties at AzzuR Restaurant includes classic Ramadan sherbet, a wealth of “iftar” appetizers, Ramadan pide bread, cold dishes in olive oil, regional soups, grills and kebabs, Turkish-style mantı ravioli and traditional delicacies, as well as Ramadan’s sweetest tastes like güllaç, stewed quince, fried dough with syrup, bread pudding and oven baked rice pudding.

For a refreshing finish to an outstanding meal, guests can enjoy the gourmet flavors of Mövenpick ice cream served at the iftar buffet.

The hotel has also prepared a variety of iftar set menu and buffet options for 10 to 400 guests for those who would like to celebrate this joyous month with colleagues, business associates and guests.
