Pop band Model to perform at Jolly Joker Istanbul
Pop band Model will go before fans tonight in Istanbul with a live performance. The band will be on Jolly Joker’s stage at 9 p.m. and tickets are available at Biletix booths and the club’s main booth for 39 Turkish Liras. The band was formed as A Due Carmen in 2005 by Okan Işık, Aşkın Çolak and Can Temiz. With the addition of Fatma Turgut and Serkan Gürüzümcü in 2008, they changed their name to Model. The band won the Special Billboard Prize at the Roxy Music Festival. After this success, Model started to work on its debut album released in 2009.The band gained nationwide recognition with its second album.
