Anti-terror police in Ankara have seized 20 kg of TNT explosives inside the basement of a building in the Elvankent housing estate.Law enforcement officials from Ankara’s Police Headquarters raided the basement in response to a notice they received Jan. 21, according to reports.
Authorities have issued a search warrant for an active duty officer who used to reside in the apartment as a tenant. The investigation launched by anti-terror teams is still underway.
