From Berlusconi to Maduro, foreign politicians at Erdoğan’s inauguration

Before attending the ceremony, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro hailed Erdoğan as “a friend of Venezuela and leader of the new multi-polar world” in a tweet

Guests were served a non-alcoholic cocktail dubbed “The Water of Life”, which consists of soda water, mango and melon juice, vanilla and fresh sage
A special 1 Turkish Lira coin minted for the event was presented to the guests
Guests were also gifted a turqoise badge depicting the presidential palace to mark the inauguration
Presidents of Bulgaria, Georgia, Macedonia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Sudan, Guinea, Zambia, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Somalia, Mauritania, Gabon, Chad, Djibouti and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, as well as Emir of Qatar, attended the inauguration.
Secretary generals of Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and D-8, and European Commissioner for Migration and Home Affairs were also among the attendees.
