Panel accelerates work on new draft Constitution

A parliamentary panel working to form a new charter has increased its work rate by agreeing to 10 articles in two weeks despite having agreed on only 30 articles in the past year. Parliament’s Constitution Conciliation Commission accelerated its work as its work program was prolonged for the last time until the end of June. The panel agreed to 10 more articles since May 7, a third of the total it agreed to in the previous 12 months.
