A package left by Swisshotel in Beşiktaş neigjbourhood of Istanbul contained a bomb, Doğan news agency reported.

The package was destroyed remotely by security forces and investigations showed that the package was used to plant a bomb.

Police forces immediately surrounded the area and security measures were taken.
