Model to rock Jolly Joker

Off the back of their fame from their recently released second album, pop rock band Model is on stage tonight. The band was formed under the name “A due Carmen” in 2005 by Okan Işık (guitar), Aşkın Çolak (drums) and Can Temiz (bass). After Fatma Turgut (vocals) and Serkan Gürüzümcü (guitar) came on board in 2007, the band changed its name to Model. The group won the Special Billboard Prize at the Roxy Music Festival before going to work in 2009 on a debut album, “Perili Sirk,” which features collaboration on a song with pop singer Levent Yüksel. The band gained more fame with its second album, “Diğer Masallar,” in 2011 which was produced and supported by rock singer and songwriter Demir Demirkan. Address: Balo Sok. No.22, Beyoğlu
