Missing Syrian found dead in Turkey’s south

A Syrian who had been missing for a day was found dead in the southern province of Adana on June 12. Zekeriya Haydan, 41, was found in an irrigation channel after his relatives notified the police.The police initially spotted Haydan’s bicycle and hat near the channel before conducting an underwater search.
His body was sent to the forensic medicine institute in Adana for autopsy.
The investigation into the case was ongoing.
