MHP head praises young supporter for unique ‘foil the plot’ haircut

The leader of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) has praised the eye-catching haircut of a young boy, in which the phrase “foil the plot” has been shaved and the party’s distinctive three-crescent symbol can be seen.The young supporter Alper Beksiz approached MHP head Devlet Bahçeli at the end of the party’s weekly parliamentary group meeting and kissed Bahçeli’s leader’s hand as a show of respect.
Beksiz had attended the meeting along with the barber responsible for giving his unique haircut, Münir Önkan.
“Foil the plot” is a motto sometimes used by the party in campaigning.
Bahçeli invited the boy to the speaker’s platform to show his haircut to everyone in the room, also congratulating Önkan for his work.
“Praise God. It is wonderful. Münir did a very good job. He is an artist and a craftsman,” he said.
