Mexican president to change country’s name

Mexican President Felipe Calderon declared that he wants to change his country’s name. He sent a bill to Congress on Nov. 22 to change the Constitution to tweak his nation’s official name from United States of Mexico, to plain old Mexico, as the country is already known the world over.
