Koreas reach agreement on re-opening industrial park: official

North and South Korea reached an agreement Wednesday on talks at re-opening their joint industrial zone in Kaesong -- closed since April because of soaring military tensions."A five-point agreement has been reached," an official for the South's Unification Ministry told reporters in Seoul. There were no immediate details of the content of the accord.
