Indian-American designer and actor Waris Ahluwalia’s exhibition the “House of Waris Fine Jewelry Collection” has opened at the 150-year-old Süha Fazlı Han in Istanbul’s Karaköy neighborhood. The exhibition features a curated selection of never-before-seen pieces created by Ahluwalia, who cites the romance and history of ancient kingdoms as a strong influence. The jewels, coveted by collectors and fashion icons alike, combine Old World techniques to create timeless creations. The House of Waris has previously exhibited work at the Museum of Arts and Design, Colette, Phillips de Pury & Company and the National Arts Club.
