'I love PKK' slogan halts flight

A flight bound for Turkey was halted in a Venice airport when Turkish officials noticed ‘I love PKK’ slogans on the airport pushback vehicle, daily Habertürk reported.Turkish officials demanded an explanation from airport authorities following the discovery and requested additional security checks to prevent any possible terrorist attacks from taking place during the flight. The pilot refused to take off until authorities conducted further searches of all passengers' luggage.
The passenger list was also re-checked.
Airport officials stated that many slogans and catchphrases were written on the pushback vehicle, and most of them were innocent in nature.
The workers operating the vehicle didn't know the meaning of the writing, according to officials.
The plane took off with a one-hour delay.
