Heavy machinery crashed into the wall of a school and caused it to collapse in the central Bağlar district of Turkey’s southeastern city of Diyarbakır, leaving two children dead and one injured on March 30.The machinery crashed into the Turgut Özal Elementary School in the Benusen neighborhood of Bağlar, according to reports.
Two children and one adult were trapped under the rubble after the collapse.
All three were taken to the nearby Selahaddin Eyyubi State Hospital, but two of them died at the hospital. Treatment of the other injured person is continuing.
