The cut will be in addition to about 3.5 billion liras in spending reductions announced in December, the newspaper reported, citing unidentified officials in Ankara. The reductions won't be made to investment spending, the newspaper said. Instead ministries will have to identify low-priority projects to postpone or cancel.
