Fire breaks out in firework factory in Turkey

SAKARYA – Doğan News Agency

A fire has broken out in a fireworks factory in western province of Sakarya’s Geyve district in Turkey, with explosions continuing amid the flames, according to Doğan news agency.

Firefighters were immediately sent to the area and teams are struggling to keep the flames under control. Teams requested support from neighboring municipality firefighters.

No one was killed but there are some injured people in the fire. Ambulances were sent to the factory immediately.
The cause of the fire remains unknown.
