While everyone is asking for a figure for the country’s financing needs, the answer depends on the rate of growth next year and how much debt companies are able to refinance at a time when credit is tight globally, Yılmaz said in İzmir.The country is in talks with the International Monetary Fund, or IMF, on a financial-support accord to bridge the shortfall between foreign inflows to Turkey and the country’s needs. It is hard to predict how much of their borrowing firms will be able to roll over, Yılmaz said.
