Express Scripts agrees to buy Wellpoint Units

The purchase of Wellpoint’s NextRx units will be financed with cash and stock, Maria Palumbo, a spokeswoman for Express Scripts said yesterday. The price includes a 10-year contract under which Express Scripts will provide services to Wellpoint.
