EU employers body sees 4.5 mln jobs lost

"We expect 4.5 million Europeans to lose their jobs because of the crisis in 2009," Ernest-Antoine Seilliere told reporters in Brussels. Eurostat agency estimates that 18.412 million people were unemployed in the EU in January.
