The lawsuit was filed at Turkey's top administrative court in Ankara, according to a filing by Doğan Gazetecilik, a unit of DMG, with the Istanbul Stock Exchange yesterday. DMG agreed to buy Vatan in July last year.

In March, the Competition Board approved the acquisition on condition that DMG sells Vatan within two years.
