Iranian violin virtuoso Farid Farjad continues his Turkey concerts with a performance tonight at the Datça Open Air Theater in the southern province of Muğla. The concert starts at 10 p.m. and tickets are available at Biletix booths. Having fled Iran for the United States a year before the Iranian Revolution, Farjad was famously quoted as saying that Turkey was his second country. Farjad is noted for his performances of Iranian folk music, which are infused with the melancholy of being unable to return to his native land.
