Discussions on a common declaration at the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) summit in Istanbul are continuing due to disputes between Russia and Georgia, as well as Azerbaijan and Armenia, on the issue of using language about “managing conflict resolution.”A joint statement from the co-chairs of the BSEC, Turkey and Serbia, will be published instead of a common declaration by the member countries although participants have still been continuing to debate whether to issue a joint declaration, the Hürriyet Daily News has learned.
