The ceremonial procession of soldiers to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founder of the Turkish Republic Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's arrival in the southeastern province of Diyarbakır were not able to be completed this year because of security concerns, daily Hürriyet has reported.

The procession had been planned to take place today, but was restricted to an official ceremony.
