Opposition lawmakers in Bulgaria said they challenged the results of the October presidential vote in court on Nov.15, seeking to cancel the outcome due to numerous procedural problems. The candidate of the ruling right-wing GERB party Rosen Plevneliev won the October 30 run-off poll with 52.58 percent of the vote but the vote was marred by administrative confusion and widespread claims of vote-buying and voter intimidations that raised the concerns.
