Bouteflika, 72, voted at about 10:00 a.m. (09:00 GMT) in the chic heights of Algiers neighborhood El Biar, accompanied by two young nephews and a brother. "I'm not giving any predictions, but I think the turnout will be high," Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyhaia said.
