Bomb explosion wounds four people in Diyarbakır

A homemade bomb exploded today in the southeastern province of Diyarbakır’s Bağlar district, wounding four people, including two youngsters who were allegedly carrying the device.

One of the two teenagers, who was carrying the bomb on the street, lost a hand while the other was also wounded. Two girls playing on the street were also injured.

The four have all been hospitalized. Police have started an investigation into the issue.
